PLAYERS HAVE UNTIL WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 22ND AT 11:59P TO ORDER AND COMPLETE SIZING FORM.
  • After completing your purchase please be sure to also complete the SIZING FORM.
  • Your package will include - 2 Custom Jerseys, 2 Triblend Court Tees, 1 Adidas Fleece Hoodie, 1 pair of Nike Spandex, 1 Nike Backpack. All items are required.
  • The Shoes, Kneepads, Socks are OPTIONAL, but players are required to wear a white base shoe, white kneepads and white socks. 
  • Items will be FREE direct shipped to you after the store and sizing form close. Please note everything is made to size and it will take a few weeks for orders to be processed and shipped.
